• Business data you provide to us — where you engage us to build a quoting or automation system, the materials, pricing, and operational information needed to configure it.

We do not knowingly collect sensitive information (such as health, racial, or political information). Please do not send us sensitive information unless we specifically request it for a clear purpose.

• Infrastructure & hosting providers — for example Google Firebase, which we use for secure authentication and data storage;
• Automation & communication tools — such as n8n, email and SMS providers used to deliver quotes, invoices, and follow-ups on your behalf;
• Analytics providers — such as Google Analytics, to understand website usage;
• Professional advisers and regulators — where reasonably required, or where we are legally obligated to disclose.

These providers are only given the information they need and are required to handle it securely and consistently with this policy and applicable law.
